FAN SUBMITTED TOUR REVIEWS & REMARKS

From: ronatabach

I had the opportunity of being in the Black Sabbath / Heaven and Hell Show for the second time (and probably the last one). I say this because I was at the first time they came to Brasil during the Dehumanizer Tour, in the early 90's.

Well, I went to the Show here in São Paulo last may 16th, and it was absolutely fantastic, in all senses.

Credicard Hall is considered one of the best places for shows in the world and it's acoustic is simply perfect.

The set list is exactly the same of the previous shows they did in South America, starting with E5150 / MOB RULES and finishing with COUNTRY GIRL / NEON KNIGHTS. They also played DIE YOUNG, FALLING OF THE EDGE OF THE WORLD, CHILDREN OF THE SEA, HEAVEN AND HELL, I, TV CRIMES, and the new ones FEAR, BIBLE BLACK and FOLLOW THE TEARS, that are very very good when played alive.

TONY played with the same competence he uses to do for the last 40 years, being heavy, loud and precise in his solos, specially the one he did during the extended version of HEAVEN AND HELL.
GEEZER plays his bass guitar so fast that you can't follow his fingers.
VINNY destroys his drums, giving an accurate rhythm for the songs, playing in a very competent way (but I have to say that Bill Ward in his great times was much better).
DIO is incredible and it's incredible how he can manage his voice, very powerful and almost neverending.

The result was a very dense show, with the audience very excited and singing together all the classics, the stage was very sober and beautiful, and for sure it will be in the memory of all the people that was there for a long time
