Hy Joe,
my name is Anja and I want to tell you some about the Black Sabbath gig
yesterday on June 14 in Leipzig. I hope you enjoy my review. Last night my
biggest wish come true cause I never tought that I would be able to see
Black Sabbath live on stage. WOW the gig was incredible!!! The best that
I've ever seen in my live and I'm sure I'll never forget!
I was at the hall at 3 o'clock, waiting with a few other fans. We really
had to wait so long and the weather wasn't really nice cause it starts
raining a lot of times.But that all doesn't matter then what coud be
greater and better than beeing on a gig of the "Original Black Sabbath"
When they open the doors about 7 o'clock I run as fast as I can like the
devil was chasing after me and I reached a place in the first row, wich I
never thought it could be possible. I was so lucky. I stood on the left
side not much away from the mic. After waiting a long time Soulfly came on
stage. Actually I don't like the sound of Soulfly ,like a lot of other
Sabbath Fans too. but Soulfly made a nice gig. During the Gig of Soulfly a
lot of Fans, me too, screamed after Ozzy, we really couldn't wait any
longer to see him and the other guys on stage.
When Soulfly finished, the time was come.... after 9 o'clock Ozzy was
screaming ai ai ai, behind the stage the audience went totally crazy. Then
he and Geezer, Tony and Bill came on stage starting with NIB. Anybody was
clapping hands. Ozzy was smiling so much and he told us a lot of times
that he loves us and that we are a great audience. And yes Ozzy showed us
his ass!!!! Really anybody was screaming. During the show , after "The
Wizard" he was throwing his harmonica into the audience, throwed buckets
of water in the audience and on the security guys too. The Show ends with
"Children Of The Grave".After the band was gone we still stood in the hall
while singing "changes". It was a great evening wich I will never forget
anything was so incredible and Ozzy, Geezer, Tony and Bill had been so
amazing. That was really the best day of my Live. I really hope to see
Black Sabbath once again on stage, cause I think they not that old to stop
now, because they are still so great and maybe better than in the 70ties
or better than ever.
