A line up I would have dearly loved to see in the Sabs would be Tony, Geezer, Tony Martin, Cozy, and Geoff Nicholls, and I wish to god that Cozy had been on Cross Purposes and would have been fine if he’d taken Vinny’s place in every Dio reunion. It’s a pity that Cozy and Dio did not get along. What WAS Cozy doing for most of ’94 anyway? He is one of my favorite drummer’s ever.
Powerful drummer. Regarded as a power style drummer, Peter Green of Fleetwood Mac thought his playing was too loud for his Splinter Band. True Cozy was a hard rock and metal drummer, Peter’s fault for hiring him into a blues band
