It’s a tradition at my house to listen to Springsteen’s “Born in the USA” on July 4th, so I put this on for my wife, who really enjoyed it. :)

After the Springsteen July 4th stuff was over, I went back to where I was in the order of things – in the middle of AC/DC. This first one back was a compilation. I considered not listening to it and skipping it, but three of the songs were new, and the rest weren’t bad, so I just went with it. :)

The most direct connection to Black Sabbath by AC/DC is on. That's "Ballbreaker"; prod. by Rick Rubin: http://t.co/HGBgTb9fKZ #listentoall

That was it for July 4th. A lot of people lump this era of AC/DC as bad, but there’s a lot of good stuff in here. The Razor’s Edge was *HUGE* !! Thunderstruck was all over the place on MTV and all that when it was new. Ballbreaker not as much, but I like that album.
