Tony Iommi’s management team released some more official tour dates this morning, and as such I’ve updated my Heaven & Hell Tour Date Page with this info.
Here’s the new list of dates after adding in the newly confirmed ones.

As has been said before, the March Canadian dates will have Megadeth & Down opening. I believe the NYC show is just Black Sabbath Heaven & Hell, and no word at all on the European dates – although some of them are festival dates, and don’t have true “openers” as such. :)
